WRÅD is an innovative start-up and Focus Design Studio dedicated to sustainable innovation and social change, a mission it carries forward by working and investing synergistically in Education - with an educational program in schools, Innovation - with a research and development program endorsed by Perpetua, Consulting and Fashion Design. The project was born in 2015, an expression of the will of Matteo Ward, Victor Santiago and Silvia Giovanardi to try to catalyze positive change in the world of fashion, one of the industries with the most social and environmental impact on the world. All three co-founders left their jobs in the industry and decided to devote themselves primarily to education, to solve a fundamental problem of information asymmetry. Today the collaborations and the implementation of new functional synergies to amplify the purpose of the brand are multiplying, in the name of a manifesto designed to re-align product and user with the needs of our planet and society. A design philosophy based on transparency, inclusion, innovation, efficiency and respect of the use of natural and human resources.
